The URL when I open in current tab: https://www.nhk.or.jp/school/guideline/search/index.html?guideline_new="中学+社会+公民+C+2"&cat=all&from=1&sort=ranking#genre=gn04_005&id=M21 The URL when I open in new tab: https://www.nhk.or.jp/school/guideline/search/index.html?guideline_new="中学%2B社会%2B公民%2BC%2B2"&cat=all&from=1&sort=ranking#genre=gn04_005&id=M21
Issue occurs also in left-clicked. Maybe I need to look into this problem for more... I will close this issue for more investigation.
@pklion Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config
) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?

Thank you for your suggestion.
Results:
- The problem doesn't happen in a brand new profile.
- It happens in safe mode of the profile I mainly use.
Also, the cross site cookies are allowed for that website.
@pklion Thanks for the updated info. If the issue does not reproduce in a new profile, most likely something in the cache or an extension/add-on is causing the issue in the old profile. If the issue does not reproduce in a new profile, there isn't much we can do here. Cache-related issues can be reported here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/. This might also be related to: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1177298. If the issue does not reproduce in a new profile, there isn't much we can do here.

Thank you for all your support. I think it's not problem with add-ons, because safe mode didn't solve this. Maybe cache or something is related to this as you said.
Thanks for confirming @pklion.
