Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. The "Picture-In-Picture" option is missing from the media player.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 107.0a1-20221005094233 / Firefox Release 105.0-20220915150737 / Chrome 106.0.5249.79 • Operating System: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~402 ppi pixel density)

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status.
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well.
3. Not reproducible on Chrome.

This is expected, Firefox doesn't support the PiP Web API, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1463402

The Firefox issue seems to be that of "shows the website in a small popup instead". I can reproduce this by making the video fullscreen and then going to the homescreen. I then get a floating PiP window that shows a tiny view of Firefox and the site (meaning the address bar is included) when I would have expected it to show the video.
