Wave tool issue in ngx-intl-tel-input ( Country flag field )

I'm using in my angular component and while doing wave tool testing on it, getting an Broken aria reference and Missing form label Errors. Because of this it is failing country guideline :

Section 508 (n) 1.1.1 Non-text Content (Level A) 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A) 2.4.6 Headings and Labels (Level AA) 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions (Level A)

I am also facing same issue in ngx-intl-tel-input (2.2.1) for Angular 7 implementation. Requesting you to please suggest on this issue. Thanks in advance!!
