Texture Issue: Suspicious Gravel isn't being rendered

Issue Description: When Suspicious Gravel is rendered, it shows up either black or invisible. Suspicious Sand is being rendered correctly:

• Dynmap Version: core=3.7-beta-2-923, plugin=3.7-beta-2-923
• Server Version: git-Paper-318 (MC: 1.20.2)(Git: 9271ee7)
