Web chat formatting

Issue Description: The web chat and map does not respect the formatting reset &r when displaying names.

• Dynmap Version: 3.5-beta-3-866
• Server Version: Pufferfish+ 1.19.4

• Other Relevant Data/Screenshots: My prefix is &#ff7e5fManager&r | however the web map displays the prefix and username separator "|" as the same color as the prefix.
• Steps to Replicate: Create a prefix that resets its formatting after all color changes have been done.

I don't think chat color even works in the webchat, also, we only support fabric, forge, paper and spigot, no other hibrids
