Command Tab Completion not working

Issue Description: According to #2832, commands should have tab completion however it doesn't seem to be working for me.

• Dynmap Version: Dynmap-3.4-fabric-1.19.1
• Server Version: Minecraft 1.19.2 / Fabric 0.14.10

• Server Host (if applicable): Selfhosted
• Pastebin of crashlogs or other relevant logs: No crashes or logs for this issue
• Steps to Replicate:

1. Add dynmap
2. Log into the server as OP (or with perms to dynmap)
3. Type /dynmap and notice that none of the tab completions are listed
