Stairs are rendered in the incorect direction

Issue Description: In the attached image, you can see stairs being rendered incorrectly

Potetially related to https://github.com/webbukkit/dynmap/issues/3798? Steps to Replicate: Honestly not sure how to replicate....

Not seeing this with the stairs that I've tried - need to know specific blocks you see the problem with, along with a 'map' versus 'screenshot' of the same blocks showing the issue.
