Hoppers are rendered incorrectly

Issue Description: Hoppers always have the output pipe thingy pointing down

  • Dynmap Version: 3.4-beta-4-792
  • Server Version: Paper 1.19 Build 60
  • Steps to Replicate:
    • Place Hoppers in various states
    • Render map
    • See Issue
