Server crash upon startup with Create mod scan error

Hi, I'm running a 1.15.2-forge-31.2.44 server with DynmapBlockScan 3.0 SNAPSHOT and Dynmap 3.1 beta 4, and whenever the DynmapBlockScan attempts to scan the block 'belt' from the Create mod v0.2.4e, the server freezes and then crashes after the Watch Dog time limit passes. I've tried removing the limit, and the server doesn't ever start. The server starts fine once I remove the DynmapBlockScan mod, though.
