Looking to add owner head

Im looking ot have the pic of the owner head in teh pop up box when a person clicks on the area in the dynmap.

I am new to coding... but have no clue what to type in the inforwindow section.

I'm prety sure it will need

somewhere... but how would I go about adding that as a section???
