Boost flag registration broken on WG 6.2.*

WGCustomFlags plugin dont works on WG builds from 6.2.0, so, boost flag registration broken on WG 6.2.* But, AFAIK, WG 6.2.* can register custom flags from other plugins by itself. So, it is possible to update Dynmap-Worldguard with such mechanics.
