Wont load on Spigot 1.8.0

I'm getting this error followed by a lot of Java errors

23.04 05:07:27 [Server] ERROR Error occurred while enabling Dynmap-WorldGuard v0.80 (Is it up to date?)

I guess this plugin is dead? I posted about it not loading on spigot 1.8 on several websites and not a single person comments. It's a huge pain not to be able to see the regions.
