List warps/homes and jump to them on click

Would it be possible to list all warps and homes in a list and jump to them (i.e. center the map at the current or a specific zoom level to the warp) on click?

I imagine it in the same behaviour like the player list: You click on a warp in the list and the warp is centered on the map.
