Context

Depends on #18.

Suggested solution

Once we have a persistent runtime we can publish the App in the GitHub Marketplace.

Considered alternatives

  • Wait until we're entirely scalable (probably not good for prototyping)

Most of the work has already been done, except the actual webhooks and secret for it:
