Make comments much more concise and easier to scan

Context

In order for an automatically generated comment to be useful, it needs to not be overwhelming. We do not want to be wasting peoples time by copy pasting a response from GPT, but tailor it for the end user.

Suggested solution

Make the comment format so that the comment has a maximum of 3(?) suggestions for improvements

Considered alternatives

• Using even less comments but allowing for larger code blocks
• Showing improvements inline in the code as part of a "code review"
