[TASK] Get rid of problematic link causing link checker CI to fail

There's a link in the link checker that is occasionally causing the CI to fail, specifically, it is a link linking to a Github issue/comment. The problem happens intermittently, so need to wait for it to fail again to catch it and identify where it is present in the source code so that it can be removed and have it not fail the CI checks.
