Update content of published packages

With the currently configured lerna / yarn workspaces approach, we should have build scripts (similar to what is located in webb.js) in each subpackage's package.json to assemble all the required files for publishing into the lib (or dist / other folder name). We could also implement a similar esm/cjs package publishing approach.
