Need to adjust gun's power or animal's health

Describe the bug To kill the fox, we need to fire a gun continuously for over a minute. The fox is too strong or the gun's power is too low. I think we need some balance adjustment here.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create the scn file that has fox, machine-gun, uzi, and pistol apps
2. Aim the gun and fire the fox
3. See error

Expected behavior The fox should be killed sooner by a few bullets, according to the gun's type
