Add a notification banner indicating how to un-hide UI

Right now while the user hides the UI with either 'Hide' Button or with 'ctrl+h', there is no indication of how to un-hide it. We should have a kind of notification bar appear right after user hides the UI, indicating how to un-hide it.

Question: @alisaad673 should the notification appear when you hide the UI and fade out after a few seconds or stay there?

It should Fade out after a few seconds. Just like this notification banner that appears on top center, when we click on the screen to get in to the game

@alisaad673 what should the text say on that notification? Now it's - "Press ctr+h to toggle the UI tools"
