Heal effect not working

Describe the bug We had heal effect after eating infinifruit, its not working now.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to treehouse.scn
2. equip and eat infinifruit
3. see if heal effect appears

Expected behavior Heal effect should happen
