when use EthereumKeystoreV3(jsonstring),return nil

What happened?

I think jsonString.lowercased() change all string to lowercased .But JSONDecoder().decode(KeystoreParamsV3.self, from: jsonData)。 The property isHDWallet of KeystoreParamsV3 is uppercase，so decode is wrong.
