Description

Add following's support in web3 4.x tests infrastructure

• Node.js tests ( v18 ) https://nodejs.org/en/blog/vulnerability/july-2022-security-releases/#downloads-and-release-details 4.x tests on node: Node.js v14.20.0 , Node.js v16.16.0 ,Node.js v18.5.0

• Browsers Microsoft Edge , Brave min versions TBD ( Edge 44, Brave )

Tasks:

• [ ] Add in tests scripts, configure Cypress for running tests on mentioned browsers
• [ ] Changes in github CI actions for running tests on above mentioned
