fix: issue with logo scroll on web3.storage mobile site

Scrolling logos under "Trusted by" (https://web3.storage/pricing/) are inconsistently spaced out when visiting on mobile.

Issue was noticed on Safari but likely extends to all mobile browsers.

• [ ] ensure trusted by logos scroll at a regular pace e.g., have equal space between them and are visible when you scroll down the mobile site
• [ ] this update improves the experience across mobile browsers
