s3 backup urls

We cant deploy https://github.com/nftstorage/nft.storage/pull/1664/files in nft.storage because we need to do these changes in web3 also.

• [ ] Update s3 backups url schema in web3 https://github.com/nftstorage/nft.storage/pull/1664/files
• [ ] Update backup job to write to the new field in upload table instead of backup table https://github.com/nftstorage/backup/blob/main/register.js
• [ ] Deploy web3 and nft with new db schema
