Document the websocket endpoint in w3name

We now have swagger documentation documenting the HTTP endpoint for w3name, however we do not document the WSS endpoint for listening to changes anywhere.

We should investigate how best to document this endpoint and it's entities since it cannot be documented with the OpenAPI spec.
