Generate swagger docs for w3name API

We need to generate automated API document, so we can add it in the w3name website documentation.

  • [x] Validate the swagger spec
  • [ ] Add Open API spec to w3name API (ie under /schema.yaml)
  • [ ] Add another swagger-ui block in the web3.storage docs that pull in the w3name swagger spec
