Allow Polybase to CSP allow-list

Hi, I'm building a service for deploying websites on IPFS and I'd like my users to offer Polybase as a database option.

I have created a PR with adding polybase to exception #50

This issue is similar to https://github.com/web3-storage/w3link/issues/34

Hey @talentlessguy We do not proactively add origins to CSP allow list given the large amount of abuses existing. Probably worth you to reach out to web3.storage support to share more about your use case, so that team can decide whether to add Polybase to the allow list
