not working in Chrome

The issue https://github.com/web-push-libs/webpush-java/issues/33 is back, I'm using version 5.1.2 in Java, it works in Firefox but it doesn't work in Chrome, it gives error 403. I installed version 5.1.1 and it worked in both browsers.

5.2.0 is working back with Chrome too
