Autopush doesn't support it yet (mozilla-services/autopush#643), I don't know if FCM supports it.

@gauntface Given that after #235 web-push supports headers property. I think we can safely close this issue, if no work needs to be done on it.

We have the headers property mainly for experimental features, but we should try to add stable features as options.

what is this status for mobile? what is the diffrence between topic and tag?
