Fix flaky wpt test external/wpt/longtask-timing/containerTypes.html

  • Remove restriction of a single entry for events due to noise/unknown entries in the longtasks API
  • Provide a timeout mechanism that will allow the test to fail cleanly if the entry is not received after a certain period of time.
