Surface spec links from META.yml

Most wpt directories now have spec links in their META.yml files: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/12024 https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/12045

This could be surfaced in the wpt.fyi by including the link at least in the same directories where the META.yml files are, so a link to https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#http-cors-protocol from https://wpt.fyi/results/cors.
