Remove remaining 2d.path.stroke.prune.* from interop-2023

See web-platform-tests/interop#392 and https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/1079 for details. The path spec needs to be updated and the tests need to be updated accordingly as well. These tests should not be included in interop-2023 as long as that is unresolved.
