Run more often?

@jgraham wondered in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/interop/pull/667#discussion_r1624815555 why we don't run this more often.

I think I made some effort originally to align the timing so that it would run after results from epoch branches are available, based on the typical delay at the time.

We could run this more often, but I think it's only clearly useful if we also use non-aligned runs.

It wasn't at all worthwhile until https://github.com/web-platform-tests/results-analysis/commit/84143f525ea3b3807fd248d8033e31e83ab8f023, therefore frequency didn't matter much.
