Permissions Policy interop

Description

I proposed last year the Web Share API for Interop.

One comment from @marcoscaceres here clarified that

Web Share depends on Permission Policy, so we might consider not testing some aspects that depend on Permissions Policy.

We should have a separate Permissions Policy interop area in the future, because it affects more than just web share.

So I want to propose the Interop are Permissions Policy. I believe it should be inclueded to have aligned cross support as this enables other features on the web.
