After WPT has access to other node properties, verify non-standard coltext/rowtext doesn't conflict with the standard colindextext/rowindextext

@joanmarie mentioned here that it [Orca? UA?] does a check because Google Sheets uses the wrong one. https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/2361#issuecomment-2435932031
