Confirm, remove, or modify tbody, thead, tfoot role tests
Three tests in html-aam/table-roles.html (el-thead, el-tbody, and el-tfoot) are failing on all tested browsers. There is an open spec issue aiming to find a way forward, but there's no consensus solution yet. Given that these tests are included in interop-2024, I think we should decide whether we want to:
- keep them as-is,
- move them to
.tentativefiles, or - modify them (e.g., make the elements focusable or give them labels to force accessible node creation)
Based on how we've been handling other similar unresolved spec issues, I think I lean towards moving the tests to a tentative file for 2024, though I think @jcsteh's suggestion here is also reasonable.
Given the challenge, we can move them to tentative immediately, and wait for spec resolution/implementation to bring them back in after Interop 2024. If you write the PR, I can review it. Thanks.
(I can also write the PR, but I'm OOO for an indeterminate amount of time so my WPT time is limited.)
