add Russian bad words

I wonder if https://github.com/web-mech/badwords-list is a better target? Since the Google list isn't going to be maintained anyway, it seems a good idea to maintain bad words for several languages.

I intend to maintain one for Indonesian language too.

However, @web-mech , would you provide options so that each language can have its own badwords file (i.e. en.json, ru.json, id.json, etc.) and the user can pick the set of languages that they wants to use ?

@ceefour i think this is a great idea. I think this goes along with my intention to make this lib more client side friendly. I'll consider this in the coming iterations.
