[Feature]: MCP Server

What problem does this feature solve?

Similar to Rsdoctor's MCP Server, it'd be nice to allow an AI agent to reason about tests.

What does the proposed API look like?

Possible uses include:

• Test generation
• Proposed healing of regressions
• Coverage analysis/recommendations
• Identifying vectors of flake
• Identifying performance issues

@wesrice Thank you for your suggestions. We believe AI will make testing easier. This is an interesting feature, and we plan to support it in the future (perhaps by the end of this year).
