How to deploy map offline? (cannot understand the term "frontend server directory")

Thanks for the wonderful work! In here, it mentions that:

Now you can point all occurrences to metis.lti.cs.cmu.edu:8085 in the frontend server directory to your own geocoding server.

I am wonder what is “frontend server directory”? How can I reach it?

I also want to know how to bind the map application to a specified port, e.g., 3000.

If you are on the official AMI, you should be able to see openstreetmap-website folder, that is the frontend server dir

Some people, including me, may have trouble in accessing the official AMI. For me, I can get a VISA card to pass the registration since I am living in China. Is it possible for you to upload to zip of the folder to google cloud or somewhere else? That would be really helpful.
