Add possibility to set the HTTP Basic Auth Value by values.yaml

Hello,

I would like to be able to set the HTTP Basic Auth Credentials. Currently they are being generated. See here: https://github.com/weaviate/weaviate-helm/blob/3f8064f096d2b076864bfe1680bcab622930c2b8/weaviate/templates/_helpers.tpl#L134C2-L149C14

My issue is that ArgoCD is not able use the lookup, see here: https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/issues/5202
