Revealing system message as an answer instead of replying correctly

I asked a question and it responded me with its system message

Steps to Reproduce

1- add one document, ask few questions, 2- add another document 3- reset the chat 4- ask new question about the new documents (In Farsi language)

Additional context

I use wsl inside windows 11 and Ollama: laama 3 model
