Disable logout with the no-authentication setup

Currently, we have a logout which takes you to the signin screen.

We should remove this when there's no authentication.

Can you explain how to achieve "no authentication" with the weave gitops dashboard? Documentation on the dashboard is sparse, maybe by design?
