This initiative aims to help platform operators who already have notifications configured to understand what alerts are configured, how it is configured, etc so that they can better manage what notifications they or their team are receiving. It can also help users discover the notifications feature if they were not previously aware of it.

Goal: Create a UI list view of configured notifications so that users understand what notifications have already been set up. ⚠️ This is not a UI for the actual notification events that are received
