UI for Terraform custom resources

As a developer, I want to view Terraform custom resources in Weave GitOps, so that Terraform can be also viewed in WGE when I use GitOps templates for Terraform.

Acceptance criteria

  • [ ] A view similar to the existing Kustomization view, but for Terraform custom resources.
