kustomization name is not fully respected when creating AKS source and kustomization

Expected behaviour

Kustomization name should match that which is specified, i.e. myapp

Actual behaviour

Specified Kustomization name was appended to the name of the source, i.e. myrepo-mybranch-myapp

Moving this out of High Priority, as we haven't been able to get fully AKS solutions working on any of our Azure accounts yet.
