No checks for minimal required version in code

This extension probably has multiple required versions for different CLI

[x] kubectl - If installed is checked by upstream Kubernetes, version checked by flux check --pre
[ ] flux - If installed is checked, required version - not checked (0.20.0 ?)
[ ] az - If instlled is not checked, required version - not checked (2.24.0 ?)
[ ] git - If installed is checked, required version - not checked ??? ?)
