Scope does not have multiarch images

What you expected to happen?

I was hoping that the scope components would run on the ppc64le nodes in our cluster.

What happened?

weave-scope-app and weave-scope-cluster-agent deployments do not run on ppc64le nodes. weave-scope-agent DaemonSet does not start on the ppc64le nodes.

How to reproduce it

Simply deploy the latest weave-scope on a cluster with non-amd64 nodes.
