Dependencies upgrade

Hey friends👋 , We've recently discovered that the ignite runtime in https://containerlab.dev is broken because of k8s.io/apimachinery (some details in this PR https://github.com/srl-labs/containerlab/pull/1037)

I see there are a few PRs with dependency upgrades but they don't get merged. I understand this may require a substantial amount of work not only in this project but others, e.g. libgitops. Is there any appetite to do that eventually?
