Add tools.deps install instruction.

In case anyone else stumbles across this: note that this doesn't seem to work anymore.

It now has to go to ~/.clojure/deps.edn - but even then it's not quite working with my setup. Will update if I figure it out.

I had to use https://github.com/gfredericks/user.clj and add (require 'hashp.core) to ~/.clojure/user.clj
