Need a new maintainer

Neither James nor myself are actively using clucy anymore, so we should probably find someone who is who can help shepherd pull requests so they don't stagnate.

Relevant to #22, #21, #20, #19, and #16.

How can I contribute to this project? I have forked the project into this site "https://github.com/yxzhang/clucy". and updated the readme. I also published the 0.7.0 to clojars "https://clojars.org/zclucy".

What are your criteria for a new maintainer? I'm using clucy in 2 production applications and would love to help out if I can!

At this point it's probably better to fork the project. Bringing a new maintainer onto the project is going to take time, and I'm afraid that's something I currently lack.
